Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect information across our website, client engagements, and marketing. Last updated June 30, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Neuralon Inc. ("Neuralon," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information when you visit neuralon.com, book a call with our team, or engage us for services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described below. This document is a general policy — specific client engagements are governed by the terms of a signed services agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically as you interact with our website, and information we receive from third-party service providers we use to run our business.

Information you provide includes your name, email address, company, role, and the content of any message or briefing you send us through our booking form, email, or during a call. If you engage Neuralon for services, we may also collect commercial, financial, and operational information necessary to deliver the engagement.

  • Contact details submitted through forms or email (name, work email, company, role).
  • Meeting content and notes when you book a strategy call.
  • Client materials, data exports, and account access you share during an engagement.
  • Website usage information such as pages viewed, referring URL, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate our business, respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, improve our website and offerings, and communicate about topics you have expressed interest in.

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule meetings you request.
  • Deliver, invoice, and support client engagements.
  • Send occasional updates about services, insights, or case studies — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Analyze aggregated website usage to improve content and performance.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and defend our legal rights.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU/UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver services you have engaged us for), our legitimate interests (to operate and improve our business in ways that do not override your rights), your consent (for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records).

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only in the limited circumstances below.

  • Service providers acting on our behalf, such as email, calendaring (Calendly), analytics, hosting, and payment processors, under contracts that restrict their use of the data.
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors bound by confidentiality.
  • Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Government authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Neuralon or others.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as remembering that you dismissed a banner), for anonymized analytics that help us understand which pages are useful, and for embedded third-party tools like the Calendly scheduling widget.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but some features (such as embedded scheduling) may be limited.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Inquiry and meeting notes are typically retained for up to 24 months. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a further period consistent with the applicable services agreement and legal requirements (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include role-based access controls, encrypted transport (TLS), managed authentication, and periodic review of vendors. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Neuralon is based in the United States and works with clients and vendors internationally. Where personal information is transferred outside your country of residence, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@neuralon.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and professionals and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by other means.

12. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices should be sent to privacy@neuralon.com. You can also reach us by mail at Neuralon Inc., attn: Privacy.
